All on-site and online custom orders are 100% non-refundable. We do our best quality control to check all orders before printing and shipping. However, sometimes orders slip past that have sew issues, print errors, etc. In those cases, we will send a replacement of the same or equal value item.
For special event orders online–such as softball tournament shirts, swim meet shirts, etc,–those items cannot be refunded after completion–even in the event of a rainout or event postponement. We do our best to quickly fulfill items as they come in. If you are able to reach us before order completion, we will work with you on a cancellation of a special event item….but once the order has been processed complete, we will ship the item.
Tie dyed shirts and hoodies typically size smaller than a regular shirt and hoodie. Please consider this when ordering. All online orders are considered custom made and cannot be returned because of sizing issues; however, in some cases we will charge a “half price” rate to replace an order with a sizing issue. In those cases, the customer is responsible to return the item and cover the shipping costs of returning the item. Garments must be returned first to us before any replacements are sent out. Prior authorization must be given before sending garments to 3646 Coffee Tree Ct., St. Louis, MO 63129.
